I sold a videocard to a guy in australlia, the funds are real, and have been completed. Its going USPS parcel airmail. Do I just write his address on the box, and drop it off? or is there something else I need to do?

the buyer/reciever will have to pay the duty/customs charges
you have to complete a form at the post office.
just go to the post office and they'll tell you how to do it

ok, thanks. I remember a while ago, another international user, who ended up not paying in the end, asked me to write $15 value on the box. Obviously this isnt legit, but whats the chance that I will be caught?

I've never had to pay customs or duties on small items purchased from people or businesses in the US. Just write it is for personal (non-commercial) use on the box or envelope, and put the dollar value on the package. Unless this videocard cost thousands of dollars, it wouldn't be likely to attract any kind of duties.
