My second P5B-Deluxe seems to have stopped working after six months. The first one had problems from day one, so I j ust exchanged it via Newegg.

But how do I go about it this time? Anyone had to RMA hardware that stopped working before?

Asus' website says:

Motherboard - 3 Year - All ASUS motherboard purchased after November 1st, 1999 will carry 3 year limited warranty services. Please contact your reseller.

Newegg's online rma is a painless way to rma a defective product. I've used it several times and they always come through. I'm about to use it again unfortunately.

Yes, just go to your account and you'll need the order number for that mb. Then you select that order and then select the defective item(s) and they'll instruct you from there. One of the reasons that neweggs prices aren't always the lowest is because you are paying for their excellent customer service and sometimes that means more than saving a few bucks.

Ok, thank you.

So if I send Newegg an Asus P5B-Deluxe, and they no longer carry that board, what am I going to get as a replacement?
