How do I go about getting a Patent?

It is tough to get a patent, especially on an esisting product. I had many great ideas that I tried to follow up on years ago. The sad thing is they are now great products making money :Q

You can start with this patent library and go from there. Remember that you need to reference products that are similar to yours with applications.
