How do I get to pure dos mode in WindowsXP so I can flash my Mboard Bios?????

Download a Win9x bootdisk from www.bootdisk.com and boot up from that.

Righto, what the other guy said. To expand on that, WinXP is based on Windows NT, which IS NOT dos based, UNLIKE Win9x / ME

So WinXP doesnt have DOS at all, only emulation.

Thats why you need a bootdisk.
