I've tried Hair Gel, and while I COULD achieve something close, I don't really like how it makes my hair so Stiff.

Has anyone tried things like wax, and stuff.
 
I think using greasy hair treatment is the only way to get the look your wanting without having to always be wetting your hair.
 
You get wet look gels.

Usually, if you leave your hair slightly more than slightly wet, and then apply normal gel, you'll also get a wet look /experience

L'Oreal does many different "Wet Look" gels. See if you can find them at your supermarket.

Bumble and bumble hair styling wax, or bed head hair wax. They work great and you can restyle over and over again. Word of caution- just as too much gel makes your hair stiff, too much styling wax will make your hair look greasy and unwashed. A lil bit goes a long way and should give you the result you're looking for. Good luck!
