How do i get rid of MS Messenger?

Easiest way:

Go to START>RUN and type "RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove" in the box minus the quotes.

Recommended way: download xpAntiSpy3E and use its unique functions! 🙂

Cheers!

lol, I was JUST about to install it for the first time.

Not sure why, since I hardly know anyone that uses it. I was just curious about it.

I think I'll just delete the zip file now.😀

Is there anyway to not delete it, but to remove it from one profile on Win2K? I've tried using different startup utilities to remove it, and even removing its registry key, but everytime someone else logs on it comes back to my profile, and it's a little annoying. I don't use it but my mom does.
