How do I get re-instated?

I was banned for a month like a 6-8 months ago and haven't signed on since. I just tried to sign on and couldn't. Any ideas? Mods? SN was davidavinci

Many accounts that were banned have been deleted as of the new forum upgrade (read: miserable fvcking downgrade). You might just try re-registering with that old name. 🙂
