how are you hosting your page?
If you can make a database, I would go with Wordpress (probably easier for you to use than something like Joomla). After you get it set up (they also have different themes), all you have to do to put in new information is select a category, type in your text and link to your pictures. Just don't use phpnuke. phpnuke is pretty much dead.

I'm currently working on getting my two car related sites up.

edit: oh, to get more people to visit your site, visit saturn forums and help out there, keep your link in your sig, and submit your site to search engines.

I'd suggest getting rid of the white text on black background thing... that alone would make me never come back.

make it on a better subject. nobody really wants to waste their time wrenching on a economy car.
better get some hot girls in swimsuits on the car. other then that i think your being unrealistic.
we are real people with real needs here, there are those of us who own saturns, but think of how many saturn owners own the tools to work on them.

so plan on- number of members this month= 3
number of visitors this month= 7
total pages this month= 10
hits = 92376726732612346

Everything else is maintenance and repair (and maybe some performance stuff, but that's not rice).

I know I have almost no content right now, but I just borrowed my friend's camera today, so in the next couple days I will have more. And I really don't feel like taking everything apart in my car again just to take pictures.

dude, get your own digital camera, and get a decent one.

frontpage is horrible. not recommended.

your background does not display well on my analog LCD display. it makes the screen seem like it's vibrating.

I am hosting with GeoCities. I think it allows me to make a database, I just don't know anything about how. I do go to the Saturn forums though, and I have a link in my sig. :)

So if you had an economy car and something went wrong, you would want to pay a shop to fix it, even though you could do it yourself? Lots of the stuff doesn't require specials tools, just stuff like socket wrenches. Like replacing the thermostat only requires you to remove 2 bolts.

DaTT - are you serious? How do you know where I live?

It's possible, just make sure your content is actually interesting and you add new stuff a lot.

it's called an induction system, not a 'cold air intake'.

Also, that car, whatever it is, is uglier that a pile of stool.

And what does it induct? AIR. What is another word for induct? INTAKE. Any air intake is an induction system, duh. It IS a cold air intake, ask anyone that actually knows about cars. As for "that car, whatever it is", maybe you could read 2 lines above it to find out.

I downloaded the 30 day trial of Dreamweaver 8. Is that any good? It should be, since it costs $400.

Also, I have been thinking about how many visitors I could get. I think that even if it is a great website and gets listed in search engines, I still don't think I could ever get more than 10,000 visitor a day. Which isn't too great compared to what other sites get.
So for future reference, what do you guys think a good site to build would be? It has to comply with AdSense and Geocities policies (mostly meaning: no porn).

EDIT: Thanks for all the constructive criticism so far, I really appreciate it.

You need to work on the site design, no expensive piece of software is really going to teach you that. Just look at all the popular sites you frequent and work on something that's better.
...just trying to be constructive here.
