You need to forward the correct ports. Try doing a search here in Networking or Off Topic to see if you can find the thread that mentioned what ports to forward. I can't remember what ports they were exactly, but I'll see if I can find the thread.

No. forwarding a port is NAT "jargon" for forwarding packets to a particular port on the external ip address to a port (typically the same port) and ip address on the internal network.
