That's all I can tell you from my comp ....

heh heh, sucker.

I deleted mine once too😱 I forget how I got it back, it was a long time ago. Have you tried doing a Google search for the file name?

From the Help in W2K

To add a program to the Quick Launch bar

In My Computer or Windows Explorer, click the icon for the program you want to add, and drag it to the Quick Launch portion of the taskbar.
The icon for that program appears next to the other Quick Launch icons on the taskbar.

Note

If the Quick Launch bar is not displayed, right-click an empty area on the taskbar, click Toolbars, and then click Quick Launch.

I opened up Show Desktop.scf:

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

you should be able to copy and past that... maybe have to select the icon.

edit: this was from winxp

Sweet!

Created a text file, pasted the info, and renamed it to "Show Desktop.scf" and it automatically changed the icon.

Thanks 🙂

That's pretty cool!😀 It works for Windows 2000 too, if anyone cares.
