How about you play with your little brother? And no, I don't mean build him another PC and have a LAN - I mean build a snowman, play catch, build LEGOs, read a book. Mind expanding stuff.

I agree that pwning no0bs is a valuable skill ... but the kid hardly needs to be playing CS at the age of four.

Though this is definitely the pot calling the kettle black, as I was coding at that age. :p

1. No snow
2. He rarely wants to do something other than play CS. From the moment he wakes up, he just sits on his own PC and plays it. Parents take him outside almost everyday, but you know that wont kill the CS addiction.
3. BTW, he builds lego GUNS and he only reads books about SOLDIERS / POLICEMEN

just because he thinks about guns/death doesnt mean he is completely obsessed with CS. try harder to pull him away from it...

studies show that boys need a destructive outlet. on PBS, there was this program about a study that showed that kids who had their "destructive creativity" stifled often became very frustrated. how about you go out and chuck water balloons at each other or somethin?

get him a girl, that helped me stop playing cs completely. hes already playing M games and normally people get a girl at 12

keep the computer away from him. no way sohuld he be using it at 4, he should be OUTSIDE

His own PC? I'm not one to normally meddle in parental affairs, but please for the love of Mike tell me there isn't a PC in his room.

I think the problem is that you or your parents keep reinstalling steam for him. You've got parenting/big bro issues if you don't follow the rules you set for him. If you tell him no more cs until he changes, then don't renege on your rules. Otherwise he won't respect you, your parents or the rules you set for him.
