OP isn't asking for coupons, he's asking how to get them, presumably legitimately. You mod wannabe's need to get a life.

I get Dell coupons in my email. I signed up with them a long time ago, but don't remember exactly where. I think I get an ad email from Dell once or twice a week, and maybe once a month I get a coupon.

My brother gets the hardcopy catalog for small business, and it sometimes has coupon codes printed on the back cover.
