Eat lots of starchy carbs, and do a search for my recipe for Oatmeal Milkshakes. They'll put the mass on ya.

if you want to gain weight, then eat more and workout. make sure you do them together, because each one alone is a waste. if you eat heavy one day, make sure you workout hard that same day. you can't eat heavy one week while sitting on your ass, then fast the following week while working out....not gonna happen!

what foods? basic stuff. rice, pasta, steak, chicken. throw in some veggies and fruits in between meals for added vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. if you want to go the extra mile, take protein supplements after workouts and sparingly throughout the day. creatine might also do you some good.

Protein supplements, and over eating wont work because you obviously have a fast metabolic rate, which means your bodys burning off the calories faster then the average person which leads to no fat storage. Some people just cant gain weight. Me for example...i tried to gain a little by eating compressed foods and lots of it (high calory foods in small size), also drank many protein drinks on a borderline level nearing steroid intake. Done this for a few months and only put on 5-10 lbs. You could be the same if not, take theNEoone's advice.

go to a GNC they have weight gainer stuff there, and work out, cuz that will help u gaine muscle, and try to eat for protein, cuz u seem to metoblise carbs fast, but other stuff will take you longer and help u gain some bulk.

The best way to gain weight is to wait 4-6 years. I used to be thin as a rail 6'1" around 155 pounds, now I just turned 26 and am trying to get my toned look back 6'1" around 190 pounds (unfortunately not all muscle). But seriously it is a lot of genetics and some people just can't gain weight, they either burn it up or crap it out. If your concern to just to gain any kind of weight then do what I mentioned but eat a ton of food ice cream, fries, fried food and don't work out. But what helped me gain some good weight was a combo of working out (only do mass gainers, like bench, squat, dead lift, arm curl, military press), creatine cycle (45 days on, 30-40 off), and a mixture of N-Large (from Prolab) and 100% Whey protein 3 times a day religiously. If you aren't willing to work out then forget about making "good" gains, you'll just gain fat.

yeah, i tried gaining weight forever and ever but it never worked

i think the key is not just how much you eat..but WHAT you eat... watch your diet

what worked for me was eating every 3 hours... mostly these:

eggs ( i like 3 over easy), tuna sandwiches, wheat toast + cottage cheese, wheat toast + peanut butter, salad + cottage cheese, drink lots of milk, lots of water, oatmeal ... with raisins... etc. i concentrated on protein-loaded food.

i gained 5 lbs after the first week, and 5 more lbs the other.. and started working out , too.

then i had finals, barely slept any, barely ate any, but didnt lose that weight. ive always been a skinny build but that worked for me, im getting back in the routine right now. hope this helps!

edit: i had a shake everyday, too (20g), and my dinner every night was either chicken or beef so that helped alot, also. try to get atleast ONE gram of protein for 1 pound of your weight!!!
