why would u reply with a worthless post saying 'wtf is the matter'... just dont respond... and wuts the formula
 
i said "wtf does it matter", asking why you want to know? if he's your friend you should be able to trust what he says, if not oh well....
 
In TX, every county has a tax appraisal office that can tell you the appraised value for taxes (it's all public record). Some counties even have a database search on the web.
