How do I format my drive in W2k?

I'm switching back to 98, because W2K has problems with certain games I play. In windows I usually just booted back into dos and did format c:, but you can't do that in W2K. So do I just do format c: from the command prompt or what? Do I need to specify the file system?

PS I don't have a floppy (it messed up, slacking on getting a new one). So it would be best if there is a way for me to do it from within Windows. If not I can burn the files to a cdrom and boot from that right?

Thanks,
Tom

Boot from the Win98 CD, use Fdisk to destroy and recreate the partition you wanted to format, then format the partition and install Win98.
