How do I force the Asus A8N SLI to boot from a specific hdd?

I need to force my Asus A8N SLI motherboard to boot from two raptors that are in a raid 0 array and attached to the Nvidia sata connectors. I have a pci Rocketraid 404 card and every time I try to add a hard drive to it and boot, it tries to use that hard drive as a boot disk and upon finding no OS it says Disk Failure. I don't want my Asus to use the pci card to boot any hard drive I attach to it.

Did you look at the boot order? There is a menu in the BIOS that indicates which sequence the computer will use to boot, if the Raptors are before the RAID card then they should be picked up first and it won't look for boot information on the RAID attached drives.
