Priceline.com is what I use. But fuck those progresive assholes of Hawaii. Get a passport and visit The Bahamas. From Ohio to Miami and then it's a short trip over the Atlantic.

not enough to get to hawaii and back, but i thought maybe i can use avios to get to the west coast from ohio, then pay for the ticket from west coast to hawaii.

I'd look to see what costs less - the trip to the west coast or west coast to hawaii. My guess is getting to the west coast. I regularly fly to the west coast for under $400 from DTW

Then you can use Avios on American, US or Alaskan to get to Hawaii. Its 25,000 Avios points RT plus about $11 in tax. You do have to call to book an Alaskan Airways flight which is a PITA but we used them in July when we went. Just make sure that they waive the 'Phone booking fee' because you don't have to pay it as Alaskan award flights using Avios cant be booked online

Call a local dental supply company for a small oxygen tank

Should be able to crawl into the wheel well of a jumbo jet and ride it out. Just get another tank from a Dental Supply Company in Honolulu before you come back

Should be able to do it for $200-300 all in.

That cheapo coat is not going to keep you warm. Not being sarcastic actually. A decent cold weather coat is going to be at least $300. $1000 for a quality one.
