How do I flash the Bios?

I have had nothing but problems from my KT7 raid board. They include bad agp support... My agp GE Force card always locks up when I run a 3D application. No sound, because the stinkin motherboard doesnt like the SB16 emulation. After a bit of researching, I found that the emulation is an attempt to support DOS games. Because it is a legacy device it cant share an IRQ. After trying fruitlessly to disable the SB 16 emulation, every single time I boot up the card with windows, it auto detects the SB16 and when it enters the desktop it always freezes. I have tried installing it from the safe mode, and people say to install only the drivers and not the other LIVE add-ons that soundblaster provides, but I can only find the drivers included with this stuff. The only thing I ever do on my computer is play Asherons Call, which is a multiplayer 3D graphical MUD, and I cant do that any more.... Its quite depressing that I am into a game so much. Anyhow, I would like any help I could get from you guys, on either:
1. Helping me figure out how to flash the BIOS because I heard reports that this may help me out
2. Helping me figure out how to disable SB16 emulation of a soundblaster live card
3. Helping me figure out settings in the BIOS to help make my GE Force 2 card more stable where it doesnt crash after 5 seconds of playing my video game. I have enough time to say hi to friends in the game and it freezes :)

Thanks a bunch guys

1. Abit has complete instructions on their website re flashing your BIOS.

2. To disable Creative SB16 Emulation go to Control Panel / System / Device Manager / Creative Miscellaneous Devices / Creative SB16 Emulation, click on Properties and put a checkmark in Disable in this hardware profile.

3. A couple of things to check. Experiment w/ your AGP apeture setting. Make sure both Video BIOS Cacheable and Video RAM Cacheable are disabled.

Also, I found that my soundblaster live works best when put in the very bottom pci slot. Also remeber the top pci slot and AGP slot share an IRQ so ifyou are using the AGP slot try not to use the top pci slot.

Hope that helps
