how do i flash bios

how do i go about flashing my bios for this tyan mobo, i want to udpate the bios, but on the help page it mentions a boot disk for 95/98, what if im on win xp??
 
Go to My Computer, right-click the floppy drive's icon, choose Format, and you'll have an option to make an MS-DOS boot diskette. Or go to http://www.bootdisk.com and get the DRDOS 7.x boot-floppy-making utility there.
 
First, find a good size jacket or coat that will hang to almost at your knees. Then, make sure no one that you don't want to flash is around. Finally.... 😛

Or you can do what mechBgon said. BTW, it doesn't matter what boot disk you use in most cases. Likely it will work with an old win95 boot disk just as well.
