How do i fix voltage problems?

I downloaded PC Alert for my MSI K8N Neo Platinum board. And there are four monitors for Voltage. There is a VCore, 3.3V, +5V, and a +12V. The +12V is at 2.10V and the rest are within their ranges. So i'm guessing the +12V is a bit low. I'm sure how i can fix it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
