How do I find out the manufacturing week from CBBID?

I have noted down the numbers on the CPU in the store. Now how can find out the dtailed info? I have got the OPN which identifies the processor from the AMD site, how can I determine the week from the CBBID? It is: CBBID 0503FPAW. And I don't know about the long number beneath the cbbid, what does it do? Can I find out the stepping from thses numbers?
