"Clear Google History" was discussed on the computer talk show this morning.

Havent tried it myself, but this is what I remember from the discussion (given by Matt Shirley):

- Go to "www.history.google.com" and login

- On the right hand side of screen, click the "Gear Icon" and select "history".

You will, will get a download of your Google history (ie, all the searches ever recorded by Google for YOU !! Select "Clear or Delete". You will be asked to confirm your intent & that will require a confirmation via email exchange.

Good luck

Interesting is that law enforcement always seems to be able to determine what someone charged with a crime was using Google for..

too late. NSA / CIA / FBI / Hillary / have been watching. Doesn't matter if you delete.

It's in Google itself, not your computer. I forget where but there's somewhere in your account where you can clear your searches. You can also disable it remembering. Of course, I'm sure they track and keep it anyway, but at least if someone was to hack or see your account they wont see all your searches.

Same with Facebook you can go in your profile settings and clear your searches. But I'm sure they still keep them internally.
