How do I do this in a batch file?

I want to start a windows program and continue in the batch file without closing said windows program. Right now it won't continue execution of the batch file until I terminate the program.

I don't know. You'd use fork in Unix.

Trouble is... I'm confined to win2k pro at work. :| Now I *do* have a linux box, but not for this app.

Put START before the program you want to run.

I tried that, and I didn't think it worked, but I'll try it again. Thanks for the suggestion.
