How do I disable system restore in WinME?

There's a damn 3.5gb hidden folder called _RESTORE on my C drive. How do I get rid of this crap?

Right click My Computer
Click the Performance Tab
click File system button
click Troubleshooting Tab
Put a check mark in the "Disable System Restore" box.
Click "ok", then "OK"

There you go. System Restore Disabled---> you may have to reboot.
