How do I disable keyboard power-on for a 8kta+?

Excuse my ignorance, but I am unable to find in the manual or BIOS how one goes about disabling the keyboard power on feature for an EPOX 8kta+. Thanks in advance.

On my 8KTA3 and the Asus P5A I had before this there was a jumper near the keyboard connector.

JP4 between the CPU socket and the PS2 sockets.
Pins 1 and 2 (bottom two).

Thanks! I was too busy looking in the BIOS and ignored the jumpers. JP13 is the answer to the toddler+kpbo=pita problem.
