How do I disable ICS in win xp home??

Trying to setup cisco vpn on win xp home laptop. Definately looks like I should have gone the win 2000 or xp pro route. I'm getting an error that says I need to disable ICS before I can install the VPN software, but I can't find any options to disable ICS. Please help....

Thank you for the link on how to setup ICS in XP. I have it in my Favorites list so I can log onto that site again.
