usually just press Delete when your computer is booting. Right at the start it will say "Press Delete to enter Setup"

Then navigate around until you find it. If you give your motherboard model I am sure someone can give a much more detailed answer.

BIOS is usually entered with one of the following keys: F1, F2, F10, Delete, or a key combination (shudder).

Okay, on that mobo, hit the delete key. (On page 76 of the manual).

Hmmm. I got an error while going through the manual online... I'll download it and take a look. Hold on a sec.

EDIT: downloadTHEMall! rocks. It was the only way I was able to save the damned file...

I think I found it... Look at the 5th & 6th posts. Apparently there are hidden "tweaking" and OCing options in the BIOS... Err, I think that's it. Ugh, I don't know. I'm tired, and I still have school work to do. If that's not it, I'm sorry. I think it is though... I'm gonna go make some coffee....

Okay... I have never messed with PCI-E, just AGP, PCI, and PCI-X. Gotcha.

Yeah.... Server based PCI bus. A hell of a lot faster. They never made any graphics cards for it, but it kicks ass for RAID controllers.
