How do I determine the stoichiometric ratio between

I'm thinking that the sodium bicarbonate, will dissolve in water to form CO2, but it doesn't really seem like there would be any real affinity for reaction. I could be wrong though.

You need to have a complete and balanced reaction first.

I dunno. None of my friends knew either. I just guessed and got it wrong. Oh well.

A byproduct of all combustion reactions is CO2 and H20. Then you just make everything else balance out.
