How do I delete Vista boot files from storage drive?

Ive got dual raptor X's in raid0 and a 500 gig storage drive. Well apparently from prior vista installations (when I was dual booting probably) those menu's where you choose your o/s to boot from come up when my 500 gig is set to boot before my raid array (windows vista or windows vista are my options). How do I delete/find the files to delete located on that 500 gig drive? (Ive never installed an OS on the 500 gig)

Delete the MBR on the 500GB drive (or just don't set it to be the first boot drive).
 
how do I delete the mbr? (and I currently have it set in the back of the boot list, i just want it gone)
