How do I delete the leftover user folders from deleted users?

I just deleted the user "ABC" and the Directories "ABC" and "*****(computer name).ABC" are still there and i cannot delete them.

Anyone know how?

yeah i restarted, tried everything, i even claimed owener ship of the folder(s).

Still won't delete. I may have to nstall win on a sec HDD to delete.
