How do I create a DOS Boot Disk in Windows XP?

If you just need something to install firmware, you can download one of the boot disk images from Bootdisk.com. That should work pretty well for you.

You can't make a DOS boot disk in WinXP (or any other flavour of WinNT)
Go to www.bootdisk.com and download a Win95 (or 98) boot disk

In XP search help files for "Dos disk" a link comes up to make a dos disk in windowsxp.
