How do I CopyPCMCIA SRAM Cards to each other?

I have 10 Blank Pretec 2mb SRAM cards and 1 Card with software on it. I want to copy the card with the software to the 10 blank cards. I have a laptop running windows 98 with 2 PCMCIA slots. After inserting a card the OS recognizes it but i have no way of accessing the card or performing any operations on the card.

Can anyone help me out with this?
