How do I contact god*$#m dell tech support on monitors?

Every time I call dell tech support I get asked to enter my express service tag...something I do not have because I do not own a dell computer, just a monitor. I really need to get my dell brand monitor fixed and have no idea how to do this, if someone can help me out with a good # to call at dell plz tell me! People at that company simply amaze me with their stupidity....

Entering the Express Service Code is to do just what the name implies... speed things up a bit so the tech support knows what the specs of your PC are before they get on the line with you. As someone else mentioned, you don't need to enter it.
