How do I connect my VCR to my ViVo Radeon?

Hi, I want to record a flash animation (for school) on a video. I got a Radeon 64 ViVo, so I know it has the connections to connect to the VCR, but what software do I need?

if anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it a lot.

You can use ulead video or the ATI software, Multi Media Center 7.x. Use the vid out from the VCR to the vid in on the Radeon, use a mini to stereo RCA y adapter, attach the rca plug into the audio put from the vcr and connect the mini to line in on your sound card. The ATI is probably your best best as it is very easy to use.
