how do i clone an old hard drive to a new one

the old one is a Western Digital 13GB a5400RPM model and the new one is a 120GB Seagate..... should i use seagate's tools to do this? it dont seem to work at all when i try... does anyone else have a better suggestion or assistance? thanks

Drive Image or Norton Ghost are good for that.

What he said. Those are definitely my two suggestions as well, unless you get your hands on a standalone hard drive cloner which is very very nice (had one at work which helped roll out new machines since mass network installs were breaking too often).
