How do I check frame rate in Q3?

How can I brag on my oc'd P200 if I don't know what the frame rate in Q3 is

drop down the console, /cg_drawfps 1

is your command.

pull down the console "~"
type:
/diconnect
/timedemo 1
/demo demo001

When it is done press the "~" again and you will get your framerate
