how do i change the win 98 boot up screen and shutting down screen

logo.sys, logow.sys and xxx.sys (can't remember, logos.sys?). Just open them with MSPaint.

Don't know about W2K though.

/B

Just save them as *.bmp and change the file-extension to *.sys afterwards.

/B

EDIT: Just a reminder: They have to have the exact same size and amount of colors as the original (can't remember the specs but you get my point). /EDIT

Take a 640x400, 256-color bmp image, compress it to 320x400, and save as logox.sys.

Edit: Fixed jet-lag induced error in first image size :disgust:
