How Do I Change the BootUp Device on my Inspiron4100?

I have a Inspiron4100 and I want to boot from a CD, however, the laptop will just go into windows without scanning the CD-ROM.

I looked in the cmos or "setup", but it had no option to switch boot up device. Does anyone know?
 
I've got a 5000 and it's right there plain as day.

A, HD, CDROM. WoRKS great for me.

BTW. DELL = free tech support if you can't find it. Not free hardware replacement, but free tech support. They're pretty good, but sometimes they SUCK monkey nutz.

possibly, why don't you try it and see if it works.
