how do i change settings on TT smartfan2?

i have a TT smartfan 2 on my new JIUHB @ 200*10, and im wondering how to get it to run at the full speed all the time vs. using the temp sensor, since its about ~50C and still running at 1300 RPM
i have it mounted on an AX-7
also, will this setup be good for higher overclocking?

edit: now at 53.5C, is this high? only one exhaust fan...do i ned more?
