My Seagate SATA disk is running i ATA100 when it's possible to run it in ATA150. How do you change the Transfer mode?????
I got the latest Intel chipset drivers and checked Seagates FAQ and forum without any luck.
yeah but when i buy a new SATA disk i expect it to run at ATA150. Maybe i've gone blind but i can't seem to find a single page that explains how the hell you change transfermodes!
I suppose that if your BIOS supports ATA150, you'll be able to set it there. Or you can download Intel Application Accelerator, wich lets you set different transfer modes for each device in the IDE chain.
