How do I capture a MPEG4 picture?

I tried print screen and pasting it on paint, but it doesn't seem to work. I just want to screen capture one shot of a divx video file.

thanks if anyone knows the answer
 
open whatever player and open video file. pause player.
open another instance of video player and play file. take screenshot from this instance.
 
Use software "Capture WIZ" carck of it can be found at [link deleted] ... it works well for capturing pictures and vedios.
