I have this printer at work and someone sent a 200 pg job to it and now i cant get it to cancel. I have tried to reset it by holding down

the shift and pressing reset, but that just resets it and then it continues to print. How do i clear out all the print jobs??

thanks much

You should be able to go into Control Panel... Printers... open up the printer icon, (should open up a small window), select the print job, click on 'Documet' (Like File, Edit, etc) and hit cancel...

yep, got it. for some reason i thought that it sent it all to the printer memory and i needed to cancel it from the printer. i just looked in the control panel and deleted it from there.

thanks, easy fix
