how do i burn an image file? Cdclone? (an .img and .sub file)

I downloaded this image file (eg: linux) and it came out as an .img file and a .sub file, how do i burn these files toa cd? I first tried using Nero but it didn't work, then i used CDclone and that program wouldnt even llet me choose the file because cdclone only lets you choose .ccd files However i was checking some internet sites that had lists of file extensions and .sub and .img are both CDclone files types. Can someone help me out

It should be clonecd. Linux using clonecd format now all of a sudden?

hehe, i guess i downloaded it from someplace wierd....


anywyas i tried using clone cd, but when i click on write from image file and i go to brose for the program , the file i want to burn doesnt show up because apparently clone cd only supports .ccd files

anyone know how to fix this
