I found Scott Mueller's edition 8 at a used pc store. The price was not marked but books were half-price. I expected to pay $25 but the proprietor gave it to me. Pays to be a regular customer in a brick and mortar facility at times. I learned a lot from Smart Computing magazines but seems recently they are just sales hype now without the educational stuff.

No personal problem is so large that it cannot be handled with a sufficient amount of explosives.
