How do I backup a 2k install on a linux server?

I don't have the resources to do this just yet, but I will in a couple of weeks. I'm planning on mirroring two 40 gig drives on my linux machine and using that space to keep a fresh image of win2k on. I guess I just want to setup my 2k machine and back it up to the linux server so that if anything ever happens I can be back up in the time it takes to copy the files/image back over. I don't know anything about backing stuff up, AT ALL. Never done it except for saving stuff to CD that is important .. but I've never followed a strict backup regimen or anything like that. Should I be using ghost to do something like this? (never used ghost before) ... What tools do I need and what do I need to do to be able to do something like this? Thanks.

you could user partimage (go to google.com find the website) and make a backup image of your windows system that way.
or you could use ghost. if you use ghost or powerquest drive image, you'll need to have your linux box running samba. you'll also need to create a dos bootdisk with the proper network card drivers so that you can say the image to the linux box.
