How do I add "where to cut" lines to a Word doc?

I've got a Word document where I've changed the page layout so that it is 6"x11". I want to add those little "cut lines" that I see occasionally on documents so I can print it off on 8.5x11 and then cut it down. How in the heck do you do that in Word?

No, not page breaks 🙂. Is that all that people do - borders? It seems like I've download Word docs before and they have little corner brackets at each corner sometimes. Maybe I'll try the border route and see how that works. Hmmmm....
