How do I add "where to cut" lines to a Word doc?

I've got a Word document where I've changed the page layout so that it is 6"x11". I want to add those little "cut lines" that I see occasionally on documents so I can print it off on 8.5x11 and then cut it down. How in the heck do you do that in Word?

Are you talking about page breaks?

You should be able to do it by going to Format > Borders and Shading and inserting a border.

No, not page breaks . Is that all that people do - borders? It seems like I've download Word docs before and they have little corner brackets at each corner sometimes. Maybe I'll try the border route and see how that works. Hmmmm....
