How do get XP to see NT4 with crossover cable?

want to get all the data off of it...no clients are hooked up to it...are they any external enclosures that will work with NT4? i have yet to find one.

any recommendations on the best way to get the data off?

Either use SAN or find another machine to hook to it with a crossover

how can i get my laptop to see the nt4 computer? I have a crossover hooked upt to them?

share the entire drive and type \\***.***.***.*** into run where *** is the ip address of the nt box
