How do dogs react if you fart in front of them?

Do they get angry? Since they have a superior sense of smell compared to humans, I could easily imagine that farting in the same room as a dog would be equivalent to running up to a person, pressing your butt against his nose and letting it rip. Since a human being would get mad at this, I'm wondering if dogs get mad too.

He doesn't seem to give a rip out letting his own out, so why should I care about letting mine out?

Mine doesn't care -- just looks at me and basically ignores it. She's been sending some blasts lately and scaring herself though, since she doesn't really understand that she's producing those sounds.

dogs like to sniff poo and other dog's butts so I doubt a fart bothers them to much.

well trained dog knows its bad to poop indoors. dogs don't like to soil their homes. so i guess it'll confuse him or tell him its ok to fart:) remember that next time your dog lets lose hehe

LMAO, that'll provide some good entertainment when you're bored
