How do disable showing of Header and Footer in HTML printing

How do you disable top and bottom line when printing webpages.

Like "ANANDTech - Forums" Page 1 of 1

and at the bottom of the page, it displays the web address. I'd like to disable those lines so my page is filled with only the contents I want to be printed. Your help is appreciated
